Employment OPPORTUNITY: Sports Rehabilitation specialist

A retired Ealing Trailfinders player is now running a sports clinic in Kensington. He is looking for a motivated and professional Sport Rehabilitation specialist or Physiotherapist to join his team and take responsibility for the provision of clinical sports rehabilitation and pitch-side services at a private school in Surrey alongside clinical hours at The Physio Box in Kensington.

This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working within a school sport environment, combining clinical assessment, injury management and rehabilitation with pitch-side match-day cover.

The successful candidate will provide services on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays during school term time. The candidate will also join the team in Kensington to provide services to private patients.

The successful applicant will be:

• Qualified Physiotherapist or Sport Rehabilitation

• Appropriately registered and professionally insured

• Confident assessing and managing acute and sporting injuries

• Competent in pitch-side emergency care and first aid

• Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently

• Professional and confident communicating with young athletes, coaches, school staff and parents

• Passionate about rehabilitation, injury prevention and safe return to sport

Previous experience within school, academy, club or team sport would be an advantage.

As this role involves working with children and young people, the successful candidate will be required to meet the appropriate enhanced DBS and safeguarding requirements.
