Helping our players to find employment and accommodation

Ealing Trailfinders 1871 has been quietly assisting our players by helping them to find local accommodation and employment. To date, with the help of our employment and accommodation partners, we have made a dozen and more “assists” of advice and introductions to players who have variously migrated from our U18s squad, gone to and returned from university, relocated to the Ealing area and sought out Ealing Trailfinders as their new rugby home. We help our players to find:

• School leaver and graduate opportunities

• Apprenticeships

• Full-time and part-time unskilled roles

• Career advice and introductions

• Temporary out-of-term work for students

• Local affordable accommodation of all types including self-contained, shared or domestic lodgings.

Ealing Trailfinders is seeking Employment and Accommodation Partners

The One Club Hub relies on the support of the Ealing Trailfinders, and wider, community. We are seeking to increase our employment and accommodation partners. An employment partner may be able to share recruitment opportunities with us, or be able to provide careers advice in specialist areas. We have an impressive population of parents within Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club and we are appealing for your assistance. You may be a business owner or senior executive, or be in a position to influence others to try and help us to help our players to achieve employment success. You may be a landlord able to rent a house or flat locally, or a room share property, or may already have accommodation locally and are able to share spare space perhaps after your children have left the nest. In short we are looking for those who can help us find:

• Employment opportunities

• Part-time or temporary work

• Career advice and introductions

• Accommodation in the local area
