Pre-season fixtures kick-off as Twickenham and High Wycombe head to Vallis Way

Pre-season preparations are well underway at Ealing Trailfinders 1871 as players step up their training ahead of a busy schedule of warm-up fixtures.

A number of Ealing 1871 players will take on Twickenham 1st XV, who compete at Level 6, on Saturday 16 August at Vallis Way.

Two weeks later, on Saturday 30 August, both the 1st and 2nd XV will face High Wycombe’s 1st and 2nd teams in another pre-season encounter on home turf.

Excitement is building as the new league campaign approaches, with fixtures now confirmed. The 1st XV will open their season against UCS at Vallis Way on Saturday 6 September, while the 3rd XV also start their campaign that day with an away clash against Harrow.

The 2nd XV will begin their season a week later, hosting newly promoted West London RFC on Saturday 13 September.

With competitive action just around the corner, the squad is focused, preparations are in full flow, and anticipation is high for an action-packed 2025–26 season.
